Description
Siblings Q and Z reflect on their childhood, their family’s immigration journey, and the complex realities of growing up between two cultures. Through fragmented memories, the play explores how identity, sacrifice, and personal choices shape their diverging paths and strain the siblings’ relationship over time. Ultimately, it is an in-depth examination of family, belonging, and the emotional cost of becoming who we are.

Parents’ Day Out
During the Sunday, April 18, 2 p.m. performance, you’ll watch the show and The Human Race Theatre Company will entertain the kids (ages 5-12) with a world-class theatre workshop (a $100+ value) that is free with the purchase of your tickets. Just register your child while purchasing your tickets and we’ll take care of the rest. Drop off is at 1:30 p.m. (allow a few minutes to fill out authorization forms). Already have tickets? Rated PG. Dayton Live encourages you to research titles and decide what is appropriate for you and your party before tickets are purchased. All audience members must have a ticket, regardless of age. For the consideration of all patrons, children on laps and/or babes in arms are not permitted at most presentations.
