Dayton Live COVID-19 Ticket Guarantee
We are eager to welcome you back to life-inspiring performances and we want each of our patrons to feel safe and comfortable attending performances in our fabulous venues – the Victoria Theatre, the Benjamin & Marian Schuster Performing Arts Center, the PNC Arts Annex, and The Loft Theatre. Rest assured, we will be doing everything in our power to make your experience with our venues positive and safe.
The COVID-19 Ticket Guarantee applies to most events presented in Dayton Live venues through August 2022.
If you feel COVID-19 conditions make it unsafe for you to attend a performance/event in one of our venues, please contact us at 937-228-3630 or email@example.com no later than one week prior to your performance to discuss your options. We recommend waiting at least 30 days before the performance as conditions and policies may change. You may select any of the following options.
- Exchange for another event.
- Donate the value to the nonprofit presenting organization. As not-for-profit arts organizations, Dayton Live and its resident companies rely on donations and grants more than ever to continue our mission to strengthen the arts through community engagement, educational opportunities, and world-class venues.
- Receive a credit for your total order amount, including service fees.
- Receive a refund.
Our COVID-19 Ticket Guarantee applies to performances/events presented by Dayton Live or its resident nonprofit companies through August 2022. Some events presented by licensees renting Dayton Live facilities may not be covered or might have additional restrictions. The guarantee is available to the original ticket buyer who purchased directly from DaytonLive.org or our former ticketing site, TicketCenterStage.com. Tickets purchased from resellers are not covered.
