Ricia joined Dayton Live in 2012 as the Vice President of Development. Ricia has nearly 30 years of development, marketing, and communication experience in the nonprofit sector. She has spent most of her career in the Dayton region with organizations such as the Dayton Philharmonic Orchestra, Wellness Connection, and American Red Cross. Ricia has also worked for the Sarasota Ballet in Florida and the National American Red Cross in Washington, D.C. Ricia has extensive experience in growing development programs, capital and endowment campaigns, media relations, and crisis communication. Ricia graduated from The University of Akron and is a native Ohioan, growing up in Newton Falls. She is active in the Kettering Rotary Club, Greater Dayton Association of Fundraising Professionals, and the Performing Arts Center Consortium.

Lisa joined the Development Team as Director of Sponsorship & Corporate Relations in 2016. Prior to that, Lisa spent 36 years in media sales and management. Her extensive experience in marketing, advertising, and special events are great assets for her work at Dayton Live. Lisa is a member of the Dayton chapter of the nonprofit organization 100+ Women Who Care. She serves on the Board of Directors for A Special Wish and FilmDayton. Lisa is a member of DBJ’s BizWomen Insiders Club and a member of Women In Business Networking. Lisa was honored in 2015 as one of WIBN’s Top 25 Women to Watch. Lisa is married to WDTN News Anchor Mark Allan. She has two children and two grandsons.

Paula McLaughlin joined Dayton Live’s Development Team in 2016 and currently works as the Individual Giving & Donor Relations Manager. She has worked in the performing and visual arts for over 20 years, working with nonprofit organizations in Ireland, Australia, and most recently in Dayton, Ohio. In her current role, she manages Dayton Live’s Annual Fund program and donor database system as well as organizing events and donor activities. Throughout her career, she has worked as a theatre company manager, touring manager, and in various events/marketing roles. Paula has a degree in Media and Theatre from The University of Ulster, N. Ireland and studied Arts Administration at University College Dublin, Ireland.

Rosie Melia joined Dayton Live’s Development Team in 2014 and currently works as the Grants & Campaign Manager. She has been a fundraising professional for nearly 20 years, working with nonprofit organizations in Dayton, Ohio, and Kansas City, Mo. In her current role, she manages Dayton Live’s planned giving and grants programs. Throughout her career, she has also directed annual fund and membership programs, organized events and donor activities, and secured support through grants from local, regional and national funders. Rosie is a member of the American Alliance for Theatre and Education (AATE) and the Association of Fundraising Professionals (AFP). She is on the Board of the AFP Greater Dayton Region Chapter and currently serves as President-Elect.
