Dayton Holiday Festival Street Closures
The Dayton Holiday Festival starts November 29, 2024 in downtown Dayton!
A few downtown roads will be temporarily closed on Friday, November 29 for the Dayton Holiday Festival parade. These closures may impact your trip to the Schuster Center for A BEAUTIFUL NOISE: THE NEIL DIAMOND MUSICAL, so please plan ahead. If you’re not seated when the show starts, you’ll miss the first 15 minutes of the performance.
This year’s parade route and street closures are different from previous years!
Scheduled Street Closures
- Main Street between First and Sixth Streets
- Jefferson Street between First and Sixth Streets
- St. Clair Street between First and Third Streets
- Third Street between Ludlow and Jefferson Streets
- Fourth Street between Ludlow and Jefferson Streets
- Fifth Street between Ludlow Street and Patterson Boulevard
If you are coming to the Schuster Center from US 35, you will still take the Main Street exit. You should then take Sixth Street to Wilkinson Street to access The Arts Garage, First Street, and Ludlow Street.
Passenger Drop-Off
For this performance, the best place to drop a passenger off is the Ludlow Street entrance of the Schuster Center.
You will not be able to access Main Street or Second Street around the Schuster Center.
Parking
The Arts Garage will be open, accessible, and available for parking!
