Hurry! January 13 is the last day to get tickets for the WINTER WINE DINNER!
Step out of the cold and into a night under the palms as you enjoy an elegant four-course dinner from Bernstein’s Catering and sip your way through paired wines from The Prisoner Wine Company. Start the evening off with a welcome pour of Blindfold Blanc de Noir, hors d’oeuvres, and live music. Then at 6 p.m., be seated for your four-course dinner. Top off the evening with a splash of Unshackled Sparkling Brut, and don’t forget your souvenir wine glass. Make the night even more enjoyable by reserving your own private table for six!

Amuse Bouche Paired With Unshackled Chardonnay
House-cured ahi tuna with sweet pepper relish, wonton crisps, micro shiso, and wasabi.
Vegan/Gluten-Free Option: Marinated king oyster mushroom with sweet pepper relish, wonton crisps, micro shiso, and wasabi-infused oil.
Salad Paired With Prisoner Pinot Noir
Artisan leaf lettuce, dried cherries, candied fennel, shaved Manchego, brioche crouton.
Vegan Option: No cheese.
Gluten-Free Option: No croutons.
Entrée Paired With Prisoner Cabernet Sauvignon
Cabernet-braised short rib with pan jus reduction, celery root puree, and roasted butternut squash succotash.
Vegan/Gluten-Free Option: Hand-made pasta from Grist provisions, roasted butternut squash, celery root nage, sage, and parsley oil.
Dessert Paired With Prisoner Red Blend
Red wine-poached pear with whipped dark chocolate mascarpone and candied pecan streusel.
Vegan/Gluten-Free Option: Red wine-poached pear with whipped dark chocolate vegan cream cheese and candied pecan streusel.

The Arts Garage, on the northwest corner of Second and Ludlow Streets, open for all performances at the Schuster Center, Victoria Theatre, and PNC Arts Annex. The Arts Garage is owned and operated by Dayton Live, so parking there actually helps support the arts venues used by all our great arts organizations.
