Description
This elevated seated dinner in the Schuster Center Wintergarden brings fine dining to the theatre. Enjoy a series of courses as you sip your way through paired wine selections and learn why they harmonize so well. Guests can even purchase their own table (6 tickets) and create a night out with friends or a lavish business dinner. Take home your favorites at our retail station and enjoy them with your souvenir glass. This event is the highlight of the series that you don’t want to miss!

Assorted meat, cheese, and dried fruits.
First Course of Dinner – Served Salad
Spring Vegetable Salad
Baby spinach with snap pea, radish, green onion, and pistachios served with a lemon vinaigrette.
Second Course of Dinner – Amuse-Bouche
Bolognese Ravioli
Third Couse of Dinner – Main Entrée
Beef Tenderloin with Asparagus and Potato Gratin
Sliced beef tenderloin with a spinach basil sauce, crusted asparagus wrapped in a carrot shawl, and a Gruyère cheese potato gratin.
Fourth Course of Dinner – Plated Dessert
Spiced Apple Tart
Hints of cinnamon, nutmeg and clove with a warming apple and brown sugar crust.
Age Recommendation
Must be 21 years of age or older to participate. IDs will be checked upon arrival.

Parking
The Arts Garage, on the northwest corner of Second and Ludlow Streets, open for all performances at the Schuster Center and Victoria Theatre. The Arts Garage is owned and operated by Dayton Live, so parking there actually helps support the arts venues used by all our great arts organizations.
