Hamilton FAQ

HAMILTON is coming to Dayton January 26-February 6, 2022 as part of the 2021-2022 Premier Health Broadway in Dayton Season! Tickets are on sale now! Remember, Dayton Live is the only place authorized to sell tickets to HAMILTON in Dayton. If you see tickets being sold for any show at the Schuster Center and it’s not through Dayton Live, it’s a ticket scalper which could be selling invalid tickets or tickets at much higher than retail prices.

Below are answers to some frequently asked questions!

When will HAMILTON be in Dayton?

HAMILTON will make its Dayton debut at the Benjamin & Marian Schuster Performing Arts Center January 26–February 6, 2022 as part of the 2021-2022 Premier Health Broadway in Dayton Season. Two weeks – 16 performances total.

How do I get tickets?

Single tickets for HAMILTON are on sale now online at https://www.daytonlive.org/events/hamilton/, by phone at 937-228-3630, and in person at the Box Office.

Tickets bought with credit cards will be emailed to patrons approximately three (3) weeks before the performance. No physical tickets will be issued. Tickets bought at the Box Office with cash will be available for pick up the day of the show.

What will ticket prices be?

Prices range from $49 to $349 (plus fees). There will be a lottery for a limited number of $10 seats for all performances. Details on the lottery will be announced closer to the engagement.

Where can I purchase tickets to HAMILTON?

Dayton Live is your only authorized source for tickets and information. DaytonLive.org and the venue Box Offices are the only official ticket sellers of HAMILTON in Dayton. If you see tickets listed anywhere else, there is no guarantee those tickets will be legitimate and/or priced correctly.

Tickets purchased from Dayton Live cannot be resold, transferred, or distributed to any ticket broker or any other person or entity for resale. Dayton Live reserves the right to cancel any tickets that have been identified to be sold via a third party ticket broker.

For what age is HAMILTON appropriate?

Because HAMILTON contains some strong language, the show is recommended for ages 10+. Infants are not allowed in the theatre. Children 6 years of age and above are permitted but must have their own ticket.

Will there be a lottery for HAMILTON?

YES! There will be a lottery for a limited number of $10 tickets to HAMILTON. Details will be announced closer to the engagement.

Which tour will be coming to Dayton?

There are multiple official touring companies of HAMILTON here in the U.S. and abroad. Dayton will host the Philip Tour.
